NICK ROSENEHIM
FOUNDER OF ONEDROP

I have worked as a performance-based digital marketer for over 10 years. In that time I’ve put in more than 20,000 hours, tested hundreds of growth models, spent hundreds of millions of dollars, and worked with over 125 companies around the world. At this point in my career, I now feel called to use the wisdom that I’ve gained to help guide companies and entrepreneurs toward actualizing their vision with ease and clarity.

BUSINESS VALUES

PEOPLE-CENTRIC

This is true for both clients and people I hire. I am fundamentally here to serve. The work becomes meaningless if I make it about me. It’s about helping good-intentioned people push meaningful products and services into a world that desperately needs them. I offer commission-based models because I will not accept checks at the expense of someone’s livelihood. I believe in winning together. I listen to and take care of the people who work for me and those we serve. There is no room for toxic behavior nor managing from place of fear and scarcity.

RADICAL INTEGRITY AND FULL TRANSPARENCY

As experts, we understand the importance of taking full responsibility for the growth process. This means providing honest feedback and access to all data. It also includes ethical business practices and frequent situational analysis so clients know there is a plan of action to address a wide range of marketing scenarios. I very much see the growth process as a collaborative one. That starts with me leading in a manner that makes the client feel seen and cared about. From there, I invite them to be part of the marketing process to whatever extent they feel called.

CORE GROWTH PILLARS

ROOTED IN SIMPLICITY AND BUILT TO LAST

I don’t blindly spend clients’ money until I crack the code to growth. Clients deserve to know that their budget is being used responsibly. That means allocating the resources in a way that minimizes risk during the process of uncovering pathways to growth. Once reliable growth pathways are validated, the scaling process begins.

HARMONIZE DATA AND INTUITION

Data is useful but inherently limited. Many agencies struggle to help clients because they try to solve all problems through data-driven solutions - this can lead to false conclusions and misdirected iterations. By learning to quiet the mind, answers and growth pathways are revealed in a way that would not otherwise be accessible.

KEY TAKEAWAY

Performance marketing is not about claiming crazy numbers. It’s about creating reliable processes that consistently move graphs up and to the right.

SYSTEMATICALLY SCALING BOTH REVENUE AND ROAS

THE GROWTH PLAYBOOK: 3 CORE PRINCIPALS

DEEP ENGAGEMENT

Over the course of three years, the relentless pursuit of daily optimizations culminated in a total of 50,000 changes. This dedication to refining and enhancing every aspect of operations showcases a commitment to deep engagement with the essence of progress. Each adjustment made, no matter how small, contributed to the overarching goal of maximizing ROAS and Revenue.

Time after time, I have witnessed the driver of success hinge not on shortcuts or unknown growth hacks, but on a sustained systematic approach that includes deep attention to detail. By embracing the path of continuous improvement, we see how countless micro adjustments collectively propel an organization toward growth.

SENSIBLE AUTOMATION
When developing multi-dimensional algorithms for campaign optimization, a crucial aspect involves manually crafting a list of "if-then" rules tailored to specific performance metrics. By building deep layers of these rules, algorithms serve as both guardrails (preventing inefficient spend allocation) while boosting top performing campaigns.

With over 100 different optimization inputs at play, the complexity of these algorithms enables them to adapt and respond in a sensible way to a wide range of variables.

PRODUCT PAGE OPTIMIZATION
This is a simple process of Allocating spend toward top-converting product pages while continuously A/B testing and improving the conversion rate on lower-performing pages.

INTERIOR DESIGN BRAND

KEY TAKEAWAY

Take the time to really listen to owners. Their domain expertise coupled with marketing sensibility can quickly produce powerful results. This type of simple collaboration is incredibly underrated and almost always overlooked.

A CASE WHERE GROWTH WAS INSTANT

BACKGROUND

Although this isn’t the type of company I would traditionally take on, I was referred to help the owner of an interior design company who had spent over $10,000 on a marketing agency that delivered 1 sale over the course of 12 months. Admittedly, I was frustrated to hear yet another story of a hard-working entrepreneur who was simply taken advantage of by a smooth-talking sales exec.

This project felt personal. Despite being understandably jaded and dubious about bringing on more marketing help, I assured her that we would slow the process down so that she’d not only understand what was happening but would also only have to pay for results.

THE AUDIT

It quickly became evident that the agency she hired had been working frantically in Google Ads without any focused plan. So, my first step in the process was to wipe the slate clean and start fresh. After talking with the owner about the products, competition, audiences, and industry domain language - I was able to get a clear picture of how I wanted to lay a new foundation of growth.
